Human Anti-TGFBR2 Recombinant Antibody (clone TGF2); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-J0240-YC-S(P))
Provided is an antibody scFv Fragment against human transforming growth factor beta receptor II (TGFβRII). The anti-human TGFβRII mAb TGF2 exhibit a high affinity, with KD values of 78 pM. TGF2 exhibits intermediate or minimal cross reactivity with mouse TGFβRII. However, mAbs TGF2 do not block human TGFβ 1 binding to mouse TGFβRTI.
