Human Anti-TGFBR2 Recombinant Antibody (clone TGF1); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0232-YC-S(P))
Provided are novel isolated anti-TGFPRII mAbs. The antibody are capable of the following activities: displaying high affinity binding toward the extracellular domain of human TGFPRII; blocking the binding of TGORII ligands (TGF131, TGO2, and TGO3) to TGFf3RII, thereby inhibiting TGFf3-induced Smad2 phosphorylation; internalizing TGORII, which can act as a signaling down-regulation mechanism independent of ligand-receptor interaction; inhibiting ligand-induced TGORII signaling pathways and inhibiting TGORII-mediated cellular activities.
