This product is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD2. It is a novel monoclonal antibody with a human IgG1, kappa directed to CD2. The agent has shown potent immunomodulatory effects, selectively suppressing the function of T and NK cells, and is currently being tested as a possible treatment for psoriasis and in the prevention of graft-versus-host disease.

DrugMonitor™ Anti-Siplizumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC1094)Siplizumab, a humanized anti-CD2 monoclonal antibody, has been used for conditioning in hematopoietic cell transplantation and tolerance induction with combined kidney-bone marrow transplantation. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Siplizumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC1094) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Siplizumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Siplizumab. The anti-Siplizumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Siplizumab in samples.
