Efficient Cell Sorting

We used these magnetic beads to isolate CD44 positive cells from a heterogeneous population. The separation was quick and efficient, and the flow cytometry check post-sorting showed a very high purity of the enriched fraction, which was great for our downstream RNA sequencing.

Low Non Specific Binding

These beads worked very well for immunoprecipitation of CD44 complexes. The background noise was surprisingly low compared to other beads we have used, allowing us to clearly identify interacting partners in the western blot analysis.
