Rabbit Anti-FGFR3 Recombinant Antibody (clone R03-2C7) (CAT#: VS3-FY2003)

The R03-2C7 recombinant monoclonal antibody recognize human FGFR3. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. The FGFR3 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of FGFR3 in mouse kidney lysates and western blot analysis of FGFR3 in Hela, A549, HL-60, U2OS, C6 lysates.

  • Plays an essential role in the regulation of chondrocyte differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, and is required for normal skeleton development. Regulates both osteogenesis and postnatal bone mineralization by osteoblasts. Promotes apoptosis in chondrocytes, but can also promote cancer cell proliferation.
