This product is a rabbit antibody targeting O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAcylated) tau isoform 2N4R at serine 400. This antibody showed high binding affinity for a tau peptide O-GlcNAc modified at Ser400 with a calculated EC₅₀ of 785 nM. The antibody was non-reactive to the unglycosylated peptide
