The product is a human anti-PDCD1 antibody hexamer with enhanced CDC activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human PDCD1 and incorporates hexamerization-enhancing mutations, which facilitate hexamer formation to achieve optimal C1q binding and boost complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
