Human Anti-SNCA Recombinant Antibody (VS-0224-FY15)

This monoclonal antibody has been developed to selectively target soluble human α-synuclein aggregates. The antibody binds to α-synuclein C-terminal residues 121-127. It has demonstrated outstanding in vivo efficacy. The antibody exhibits selective binding to α-synuclein from human (EC₅₀ = 40 pM), cynomolgus monkey (EC₅₀ = 45 pM), and rabbit (EC₅₀ = 189 pM). Notably, no specific binding was observed for α-synuclein from rat and mouse (EC₅₀> 150 nM). The antibody did not bind to Aβ protofibrils, monomeric β-synuclein or γ-synuclein.
