This CHO Stable Cell Pool represents a genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell population specifically designed for the robust and consistent expression of recombinant LY3022859. LY3022859 is a Human monoclonal antibody that targets TGFBR2. This cell pool was generated through the stable integration of genes encoding the heavy and light chains of LY3022859 into the CHO genome, followed by selection and enrichment for high-expressing cells. This cell pool provides rapid production of research-grade antibodies for non-GLP preclinical studies.
