Anti-APP scFv-Fc is a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) of an antibody that binds to amyloid precursor protein (APP). The scFv-Fc format is a fusion of an scFv with the Fc region of an immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody. Anti-APP scFv-Fc antibodies can be used in research and therapy. For example, anti-APP scFv-Fc antibodies could be used to treat diseases associated with amyloid oligomers, such as Alzheimer's disease.
