Human Anti-PRNP (clone mAb132) scFv-Fc Chimera

This is an engineered antibody-like molecule that combines the specificity of a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) with the stability and effector functions of the human IgG1 Fc region. The scFv portion is derived from a chicken monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes human prion proteins, making it particularly valuable in research and diagnostic applications related to prion diseases, such as variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
