This is a human Fab fragment anti-CD70 antibody, the binding of anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody to renal cancer cell lines 786-0 and A-498 is concentration-dependent. The binding concentration of anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody to renal cancer cell line 786-0 is 10 μg/mL. The EC₅₀ value of anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody binding to 786-0 cells is 6.927 nM. The antibody is the Fab fragment antibody format of full length antibody. The Fab fragment of an antibody is capable of binding to antigens independently of the Fc portion.
