This product is a scfv anti-CD70 antibody that binds to renal cancer cell lines. The antibody also bound to human lymphoma cell lines in a concentration-dependent manner. It has a direct inhibitory effect on kidney cancer tumors in vivo. The antibody is the scFv fragment format of IgG. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are synthetic constructs that contain the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains, connected by a peptide linker.
