The product is a human anti-CD70 antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human and monkey CD70 and contains mutations that enhance hexamerization. These mutations promote optimal C1q binding and increase CDC effectiveness.
