Human Anti-CD70 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0096-LSX-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0096-LSX-S(P))
This is a human scfv antibody that with high affinity for CD70, which is derived from hybridomas, and binds to renal cancer cell lines 786-0 and A-498 in a concentration-dependent manner. The antibody is the scFv fragment format of the whole antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are synthetic constructs that contain the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains, connected by a peptide linker.
