Human Anti-CD70 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0099-LSX-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0099-LSX-S(P))
This is a human anti-CD70 antibody, the binding of anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody to renal cancer cell lines 786-0 and A-498 is concentration-dependent. The antibody is the scFv fragment format of IgG mAb. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are synthetic constructs that contain the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains, connected by a peptide linker.
