Excellent For Neutralization
We used Carlumab (Anti-Human MCP-1 Recombinant Antibody) for neutralization assays in our chemotaxis studies. It effectively inhibited monocyte migration by blocking MCP-1. The antibody is highly pure and specific to the human chemokine, providing reliable functional data.
Versatile Research Reagent
This antibody is validated for numerous applications including ELISA, FC, IP, IF, and ICC. We found it to be a robust reagent across different platforms. It is a Human IgG1, kappa antibody produced in CHO cells, ensuring high quality and consistency for research use.
