Afuco™ Anti-CCL2 ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (AFC-TAB-117)This product is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Recombinant monoclonal antibody to MCP-1. It is a humanized monoclonal antibody against human 1-40 and 1-42 Beta amyloid, which is being investigated as a treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
DrugMonitor™ Anti-Carlumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC255)Carlumab has been studied in trials for cancer and prostate cancer treatment. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Carlumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC255) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Carlumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Carlumab. The anti-Carlumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Carlumab in samples.
