Anti-human IL6 Recombinant Antibody (MH166) (TAB-679LC) (CAT#: TAB-679LC)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody MH166 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human IL-6. MH166 was produced in mice immunized with the recombinant IL-6 protein. It can be potentially used in the treatment studies of inflammatory disease.

NZB/W F1 B cells were cultured with 20 U/ml of natural hIL-6 in the presence or absence of MH 166. After 5 days of culturing, the IgM in the culture supematants was measured by ELISA. The control level was 272.1 ng/ml and the spontaneous level (without lL-6) was 180.4 ng/ml.
