Anti-CD27L-DM1 ADC (CAT#: ADC-127LZY)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD27L antibody conjugated via linker to DM1 (anti-CD27L-DM1). It is in Phase I clinical trials and has demonstrated a response in renal cell carcinoma treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of microtubules depolymerizing.

macrolide) structure originally isolated from the Ethiopian shrub Maytenus ovatus. Maytansinoids can bind to tubulin at or near the vinblastine-binding site, which interfere the formation of microtubules and depolymerize already formed microtubules, inducing mitotic arrest in the intoxicated cells

- The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
