Rat Anti-CD86 Recombinant Antibody (clone PO3)

This product is a recombinant rat antibody that recognizes CD86. This antibody can be used for the following applications: FC, WB, IHC, Block, FuncS. CD86 acts as a counter-receptor for the T cell surface markers CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). This interaction is crucial for facilitating communication between T and B cells, providing costimulation to T cells, promoting the production of autoantibodies, and supporting Th2-mediated Ig production.
