The Recombinant Anti-EpCAM (Exon 2 x Exon 5) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv (Edrecolomab x Adecatumumab) is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) that targets two distinct EpCAM epitopes. This construct was designed as a tandem scFv. It features the Edrecolomab scFv (specific for exon 2) N-terminally fused to the Adecatumumab scFv (recognizing exon 5 of EpCAM).
