Recombinant monoclonal antibody to EpCAM. which is used to target tumor cells. It binds to the epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM - CD326). Adecatumumab has been used in clinical studies of treatment in prostate and breast cancers.

DrugMonitor™ Anti-Adecatumumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC24)
Adecatumumab is a recombinant human monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 subclass with specificity for the EpCAM antigen. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Adecatumumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC24) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Adecatumumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Adecatumumab. The anti-Adecatumumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Adecatumumab in samples.
