This CHO Stable Cell Pool represents a genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell population specifically designed for the robust and consistent expression of recombinant KTN3379. KTN3379 is a Human monoclonal antibody that targets ERBB3. This cell pool was generated through the stable integration of genes encoding the heavy and light chains of KTN3379 into the CHO genome, followed by selection and enrichment for high-expressing cells. This cell pool provides rapid production of research-grade antibodies for non-GLP preclinical studies.
