Human Anti-ERBB3 (clone PM6) scFv-Fc Chimera

Anti-HER3 scFv-Fc is a recombinant antibody targeting the HER3 receptor, whose unique structure plays a significant role in biomedical research, particularly in the field of cancer research. HER3 is a member of the human epidermal growth factor receptor family and is often highly expressed in certain cancer cells, such as the FaDu cell line. Therefore, anti-HER3 scFv-Fc can specifically bind to the HER3 receptor, targeting these cancer cells and providing a more effective targeted therapy. Moreover, the application of this antibody is not limited to cancer-targeted therapy; it can also be extended to tumor imaging, assisting researchers in better tracking tumor growth and metastasis, ultimately supporting clinical treatment.
