Clone R81-6X-8 is a rabbit IgG recombinant monoclonal antibody that is specific for human PLCG1 protein, a calculated weight of 149 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R81-6X-8 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:50).
