Rabbit Anti-PLCG1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC909)

The Rabbit Anti-PLCG1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human PLCG1. PLCG1 encodes a protein catalyzing inositol trisphosphate and diacylglycerol formation, using calcium as a cofactor in receptor-mediated tyrosine kinase activations. The anti-PLCG1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200).

- Mediates the production of the second messenger molecules diacylglycerol (DAG) and inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate (IP3). Plays an important role in the regulation of intracellular signaling cascades.
