This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human TGFBR2, which is a transmembrane protein that has a protein kinase domain, forms a heterodimeric complex with TGF-beta receptor type-1, and binds TGF-beta. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
