Anti-TNFRSF9 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0724-YC48) (CAT#: VS-0724-YC48)
These antibodies are recombinant mAbs against human TNFRSF9, also known as 4-1BB. Both B1E7 and B1A7 effectively block the epitope of 4-1BBL, while B1E10 cannot block the binding to 4-1BBL. B1E7, B1A7 and B1E10 are murine antibody clones. chB1E7 and chB1E10 are chimeirc antibodies that contains B1E7 or B1E10 variable region and human IgG Fc region. huB1E7 and huB1E10 are humanized antibodies derived from parent B1E7and B1E10, respectively.
