Clone F4, a humanized antibody, demonstrated robust binding to CD40 in our ELISA assays. The recombinant production in CHO cells ensures high purity and activity. We found it very effective for researching immune responses and class switching mechanisms mediated by antigen-presenting cells.

Reliable SPR Data

We used this antibody for Surface Plasmon Resonance to measure affinity to Human CD40. The results were consistent and reproducible. This phage display derived antibody is a high-quality reagent for our investigations into the TNF-receptor superfamily and its signaling pathways.
