The product is a human anti-CD40 antibody hexamer with enhanced CDC (complement-dependent cytotoxicity) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targeting human CD40 incorporates hexamerization-enhancing mutations, which facilitate hexamer formation to optimize C1q binding and boost CDC activity.
