Human Anti-CD70 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-0102-LSX-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-0102-LSX-F(E))
This product is a CD70 antibody Fab fragment derived from human. The antibody not only binds strongly to human CD70 but also cross-reacts with simian CD70 homologs, specifically the CD70 homologs of Rhesus macaque and cynomolgus monkey. The preferred CD70 antibody effectively blocks the CD70/CD27 interaction in the Elisa system. The Fab fragment of an antibody is capable of binding to antigens independently of the Fc portion.
