Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human ERBB3. LJM716 is an anti-HER3 antibody that inhibits both HER2 and NRG driven tumor growth by trapping HER3 in the inactive conformation.

SKBR-3 cells were treated with 10 mg/mL IgG, MAB3481, and AF234 for one or 24 hours. Cell lysates were harvested andimmunoblotted with antibodies directed against the indicated proteins.
