Blots were probed with either murine 5E3 (m5E3), or humanized 5E3 IgG1, IgG2 and IgG4 mAbs against the cSNK epitope conjugated to BSA (BSA-cSNK). These blots were only positive for the cSNK epitope and did not bind the negative controls (unconjugated BSA or Ovalbumin).
