Mouse Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC110), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC110)
The product is a hexameric mouse anti-CD274 antibody with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human CD274 and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote hexamer formation, thereby facilitating optimal C1q binding and boosting CDC.
