Human Anti-CD40 Recombinant Antibody (clone Chi Lob 7/4); scFv Fragment (CAT#: PSBC-514)
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody scFv Fragment that can recognize CD40. ChiLob 7/4 prevented binding of CD40L to hCD40Tg mouse B cells. The precise epitope for ChiLob 7/4; close to the N terminus of CD40, most distal from the cell membrane and on the opposite face of CD40 to the CD40L binding site.
