This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CD44, which participates in a wide variety of cellular functions including lymphocyte activation, recirculation and homing, hematopoiesis, and tumor metastasis. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
