This product is an internalization CD70 antibody derived from human. The EC₅₀ values of the unconjugated antibody was measured against both Raji and 786-0 tumor cells. The EC₅₀ value for 786-0 is 0.008 pM, and the EC₅₀ value for Raji is also 0.008 pM.
