The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-CD80 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse CD80. CD80, a co-stimulatory molecule, affects immune pathways through its role in interactions like coreceptor activity, impacting diseases like vaccine responses and immune signaling. The anti-CD80 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
