Effective CD80 Blockade
We used this hamster antibody to neutralize mouse CD80 in our T-cell activation assays. It functioned perfectly to block the bioactivity. The flow cytometry staining was also distinct for our dendritic cell populations.
Specific For Mouse B7-1
This clone 16-10A1 is very reliable for detecting CD80 on mouse samples. We used it in immunohistochemistry on frozen sections and got good structural resolution. It is a high-quality reagent for immunology research.
