The Fab is a recombinant human antibody fragment that recognizes ERBB3/HER3. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. The Fab antibody fragment is recommended for ELISA. The Fab antibody can be used in numerous cancers including breast cancer, prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, hepatomas and melanoma.
