The product is a human anti-IL2RA antibody hexamer with enhanced CDC activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human IL2RA and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations. These mutations promote hexamer formation, which facilitates optimal C1q binding and boosts complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
