This product is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Recombinant Mouse antibody to Human MUC1. It is a mouse monoclonal antibody used to treat cancer. The substance has affinity to various types of cancer, like ovarian cancer and peritoneal cancer, via the polymorphic epithelial mucin (PEM or MUC-1) and delivers the radioisotope Yttrium-90 into the tumour.

DrugMonitor™ Anti-Pemtumomab Antibody (VS-1224-YC913)Pemtumomab is a murine monoclonal antibody labeled with Yttrium-90, targeting the mucin 1 (MUC1) protein. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Pemtumomab Antibody (VS-1224-YC913) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Pemtumomab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Pemtumomab. The anti-Pemtumomab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Pemtumomab in samples.
