The humanized Axl antibody-drug conjugate consisting of a pyrrolobenzodiazepine dimer target the protein Axl, of which the overexpression is related with poor prognosis and increased invasiveness of a variety of human cancers such as breast, colon, esophageal carcinoma, osteosarcoma and so on.
