Mouse Anti-EPCAM Recombinant Antibody (TAB-367MZ) (CAT#: TAB-367MZ)
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). SAS cellswere used as immunogen for the mAb generation. The affinity of the mAb for EpCAM was analyzed by surface plasmon resonance and was determined as 0.3491 nM. The antibody could induce cancer cell apoptosis using SAS and HCT116 cell lines. It also could be used to directly inhibit tumor growth in vivo.
