Anti-TCR ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. It is a murine-monoclonal antibody specific for the human αβ T cell receptor. It is a clinical stage investigational drug. The safety and efficacy of this antibody is currently the focus of a phase 2 clinical trial in renal transplant patients.

Enhanced ADCC Activity Observed
We were specifically looking for an antibody with enhanced ADCC capabilities for our T cell receptor research. This product, produced via the Afuco platform, demonstrated superior activity in our functional assays compared to standard antibodies. The defucosylation clearly improved the effector function, providing us with clear and significant data for our project on immune recognition.
Specific For Human TCR
This murine-monoclonal antibody showed excellent specificity for the human alpha-beta T cell receptor in our flow cytometry experiments. As a clinical-stage investigational drug candidate available for research, it provided us with a high-quality tool to study T cell dynamics. What is the recommended storage condition for long-term stability?
A: For long-term storage of over 6 months, we recommend storing this antibody at either -20°C or -80°C. For shorter periods, it can be stored at 4°C.
