The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CD19 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human CD19. CD19 encodes a molecule engaged in lymphocyte activation, associated with immunodeficiencies affecting pathways like RET signaling critical for cellular differentiation. The anti-CD19 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200), Flow cytometry (1/50-1/1000).
