Anti-Human CD19 Recombinant Antibody (HD37) (CAT#: TAB-1620CL)
This antibody that can binds to human CD19 is useful in the treatment of diseases and disorders, particularly B cell malignancies including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, hairy cell leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
Figure 1 A. Inhibition of B cell proliferation by CD19 mAb HD37.
Graded doses of antibody were added to B cells cultivated with anti-μ and BCGF. Mean proliferation ± SE of quadruplicates [three experiments] measured on day 3. B. Comparison of the inhibitory effect of whole (●-●) vs F(ab') (○-○) HD37 mAb. B cells were stimulated with anti μ + RCCF. One of three experiments.

Figure 2 Effect of addition of a cross-linking second antibody on CD19-induced inhibition of B cell proliferation.
Cells were cultured with anti-μ + BCGF in the presence of graded doses of HD37 mAb (●-●). Rat anti-mouse κ-Chain mAb was added at 50 μg/ml (■-■). The mean experiments. proliferation ± SE of quadruplicate cultures is shown. One of three experiments.
