Human Anti-CD40 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-M0482-YC-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0482-YC-F(E))
The product is a recombinant human Fab fragment monoclonal antibody that targets CD40, which has a full name of Differentiation 40. The antibody specifically binds to CD40 in human and also shows cross-reactivity with cynomolgus macaque CD40. This antibody can be tested using flow cytometry on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and cynomolgus macaque PBMCs. The Fab fragment antibody antibody that consists of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
