This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes human B7-1. Mab hu1F1 functions in treatments for various autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection, inflammatory disorders, and infectious diseases.

The graph depicts the results of a competitive binding assay of murine or humanized anti-human B7-1 mAbs to CHO transfected with rhB7-1 (CHO/hB7-1). Increasing concentrations of unlabeled competitor antibodies were incubated with CHO/hB7-1 cells in the presence of radiolabeled tracer humanized 1F1, and the ratio of bound/ free antibody was determined.
