Mouse Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-0994CL-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-0994CL-F(E))
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes PD-1 ligand. Its full-length antibody was derived from a hybridoma cell line that secretes a CD274 specific monoclonal antibody. Its full-length antibody could block the PD-1/PD-L1 binding as tested by ELISA. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
